A structured system, not a folder of tips.

I had four months left on my Graduate Route and no idea which employers could even sponsor me. The sponsor filtering alone saved me weeks of dead applications. I signed an offer in my ninth week.

My CV was two pages of responsibilities. The rewrite framework turned it into outcomes with numbers. Interview calls went from roughly one in thirty applications to one in six.

The visa explainers were the first thing I read that actually made sense. I finally understood the salary thresholds and could talk about switching without sounding nervous in interviews.

The outreach templates felt uncomfortable at first because I was raised not to bother people. Two of the five hiring managers I messaged replied, and one referred me internally.

I was applying to anything with the word graduate in it. The targeting work narrowed me to eleven companies, and that focus is what changed the results.

Honestly I enrolled sceptical. What convinced me was that resources kept appearing in my folder without me asking — updated sponsor lists, new role links, a negotiation guide the week I got my offer.

English is my third language and I always lost points on competency answers. The structured answer banks gave me a shape to follow. My feedback for the final round said my examples were the strongest.
